The anti-racism program of the CJPME Foundation (APRCF) has launched a national survey to document the legal and police repression faced by individuals involved in Palestine solidarity activism across Canada.
This anonymous, self-reporting form collects detailed experiences of:
- Police surveillance, questioning, or arrest
- Legal threats or prosecutions related to protests or activism
- Use of anti-terrorism or hate speech laws against pro-Palestinian advocacy
- Disproportionate policing of Palestine-related demonstrations
- Encounters with security agencies such as the RCMP, CSIS, or Crown prosecutors
Why Your Participation Matters
The information gathered will be used to:
- Identify trends in the criminalization and surveillance of Palestine solidarity activism
- Support research and advocacy to defend civil liberties and the right to protest
- Inform legal strategies and policy reform efforts
All responses are completely confidential. No names or identifying information are required unless voluntarily provided. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw your contribution within two weeks of submission.
Deadline to Submit: September 30, 2025
If you have experienced or witnessed legal repression—such as arrest, surveillance, legal threats, or charges—because of your advocacy for Palestinian rights, we invite you to share your story.
