On Saturday, May 22, Toronto-based Russell Lavis will run a 125K ultramarathon in support of the Help Gaza Breathe campaign. The Help Gaza Breathe campaign aims to purchase medical oxygen generation equipment for the Hayfa Medical Hospital and surrounding medical facilities in eastern Gaza.  These facilities are experiencing a severe shortage of medical oxygen in Gaza due to increased hospitalizations and ventilator use from COVID.
